Q. Why go to a Florida Online Traffic School at all?
When you receive a Fla. traffic ticket, Fl Citation or Florida Infraction, unless you enrolled in a Florida DMV-approved traffic school quickly or the ticket is timely fought inTraffic court, points are assessed on your driving record as a result. Attending Florida Traffic school will entitle you to have your ticket, traffic infraction or citation dismissed, once the discounted fine is paid. If so, your insurance rates will increase significantly and your license may end up suspended for too many points in a period. Sometimes, you are ordered to attend traffic school by a court of law. Often, this attendance will prevent the ticket from appearing on your official driving record as points. Some insurance companies even give discounts after you successfully complete a traffic school course likeTrafficSchoolofFlordia.com's. Another reason to attend a traffic school is to become a more responsible and safe driver, lower your chances of being involved in a collision (traffic school is sometimes assigned as part of the penalty associated with drinking and driving), and lower your chances of getting more traffic tickets in the future. Call or click:1877INFRACTION.com (877-463-7228) for more information about traffic court processes.
Q. How quickly can I finish this course?
All Florida traffic school online courses are designed to take the equivalent amount of time as a traditional in-class traffic school, whether you do the 4 hr, 8 hour, 12 hour advanced traffic school or the 1st time driver's class (TLSAE class). The great thing about Traffic School of Florida's online and video/DVD courses is that you work at your own pace. No one is sitting over your shoulder making you slow down or speed up. Everyone works at different speeds and these programs will allow you to proceed at your own pace and there is no time maximum for the program. The average completion time varies, however the minimum time is 4 hours.
Q. How long does it take to get the traffic school certificate?
The original certificate will be sent directly from our office to you, and electronically to the DMV automatically. Normally this mail delivery will take anywhere from 3-6 business days. However, expedited mailing processes are available for the mailing of your certificate. Our staff can e-mail you a secure copy of your certificate for a small fee. You can also order a certificate copy to be mailed to you. When you enroll, you may choose for regular mail or expedited service. You should keep a copy of the Certificate for proof of attendence for the traffic court, for the FL DMV and for your auto insurance discount. (Note: in a few instances, some of our Florida traffic school courses may have slightly different instructions than these. However, don’t worry for a moment. All information is clearly provided to you during the course). And if you ever have a question, we are here to help! Just call or click1877INFRACTION.com
