Q. How quickly can I finish this course?

 All Florida traffic school online courses are designed to take the equivalent amount of time as a traditional in-class traffic school, whether you do the 4 hr, 8 hour, 12 hour advanced traffic school or the 1st time driver's class (TLSAE class). The great thing about Traffic School of Florida's online and video/DVD courses is that you work at your own pace. No one is sitting over your shoulder making you slow down or speed up. Everyone works at different speeds and these programs will allow you to proceed at your own pace and there is no time maximum for the program. The average completion time varies, however the minimum time is 4 hours.

Q. How long does it take to get the traffic school certificate?

The original certificate will be sent directly from our office to you, and electronically to the DMV automatically. Normally this mail delivery will take anywhere from 3-6 business days. However, expedited mailing processes are available for the mailing of your certificate. Our staff can e-mail you a secure copy of your certificate for a small fee. You can also order a certificate copy to be mailed to you. When you enroll, you may choose for regular mail or expedited service. You should keep a copy of the Certificate for proof of attendence for the traffic court, for the FL DMV and for your auto insurance discount. (Note: in a few instances, some of our Florida traffic school courses may have slightly different instructions than these. However, don’t worry for a moment. Registration for this course is quite simple. Q. Can I use someone else's computer or Internet service for the online course?

That is what makes this Fl traffic school course so easy and great! Q. Must I complete the internet course in one sitting?

No! Our home study internet traffic courses, comedy traffic school DVD and traffic school booklet- are designed for the person who does not have a lot of time. The courses are broken up into 15-20 minute sections, so you can log off and then log back on at a later more convenient time. For the online courses, the computer will record the section you have completed. You can log on and off as many times and whenever you wish until you complete the Fla traffic school program. We suggest that you log off only after you have a completed a particular section.  Of course, you can also do the entire course in one sitting... it is up to you!


Q. What if I have no e-mail address?

Q. I have already enrolled. How do I get back into the online program?.

If you have already enrolled for the internet course, you have a username and password. You may re-enter those codes on our home page where instructed as many times as necessary to access and complete the program. If you have forgotten or lost your username or password, give us a call at 877-INFRACTION.com during normal business hours, or send us an email at moreinfo@ trafficSchoolsofFlorida.com.  We are here to answer your questions. All emails are usually answered same day, during normal business hours within a few hours. Q. I just got knocked off line in the middle of a section. What do I do now?

Online traffic school users are occasionally knocked off line. This may result from a lost Internet connection, another call interrupting your connection if you are on a single line with call waiting, or simply because your computer or modem crashes. Remember, as you complete each section of the course, your progress is logged. Completion of chapter one, for example, cannot be lost if your answers are submitted to the system and graded on screen. Being knocked off line at that point will only bring you back to the start of the next chapter, but it will not delete chapter one. Our traffic school website is unable to control your Internet connection and inactivity on your part will not result in our system knocking you off line. Any activity requirements will be on the part of your Internet service provider.


Q. I use AOL and I keep getting knocked off line. What should I do?

If you are using AOL as your Internet service provider, you will have activity requirements while online. During some of the longer sections requiring more reading, there is a chance AOL will knock you off-line unless you remain interactive with AOL. Do not leave the screen alone for any great length of time.....remain interactive with the screen.


Q. Which browser is recommended for best access to your site?

For best access to our website, we recommend using Internet Explorer. The browser is free and can be downloaded at www.microsoft.com . Netscape will work as well, www.netscape.com.


Q. Are there any special computer or download requirements to participate in the course?

There are no videos to download in our program and no special requirements at all of your computer. You do not even need a printer.  If you are on this screen and on our traffic school website, you can typically enroll and complete the online florida traffic course without a problem.
